A variety of pouch specifications can be created with OSIRIS, settings of the width or height of the pouch are just a few simple adjustments. The OSIRIS has additional free space for a wide range of optional, customer-specific modules, such as pricing labels, booklet stickers, zip application or additional sealing.

Pre-made pouches can still be manually fed into the ISIS in-feed stations. Without any conversion the ISIS pouch packing line changes from mainstream to small batch production, therefore reacting to and fulfilling supply chain demands.

With double bobbin holders, automatic bobbin splicer and the easy to use operator panel, OSIRIS is the most operator friendly pouch making solution. Operator intervention is brought back to a minimum, supporting the full utilization of your production line capacity.
