Worldwide support on ITM platforms

ITM offers global support, managed via our regional service centres and development sites. Should malfunctions occur, our engineers are on stand by. To make sure you have access to up-to-date knowledge, our service engineers work in business units, in close collaboration with our development and innovation engineers.

ITM e-platform for ordering parts

Our clients can get access to the ITM e-platform, to order spare parts online for our ITM-machinery and other OEM-machines. It is also possible to connect your ERP software to ours, so that you can order spare parts via your own system. 

Maintenance and services to enhance lifetime of platforms

To prevent downtime, ITM offers maintenance programmes. To improve your installed base, please ask us to inform you of our possibilities on continuous improvement and upgrading programs. We can offer upgrades in software and hardware, up to full rebuilds.

Assisting with relocation

In a dynamic market like tobacco, it is sometimes necessary to relocate production facilities, in-house and to other locations. ITM field service engineers will dismantle and install your production line. Ask your account manager for more information.
